History
Amed Franco, CEO and founder of our organization, brings over 25 years of leadership experience in adult day program management.
Backed by a Master’s degree in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles, Amed has built a reputation for operational excellence, strategic vision, and long-term commitment to the developmental disabilities community. For him, this field is more than a profession, it’s a lifelong commitment to creating real, lasting impact in people’s lives.
Early in his career, Amed worked closely with individuals and families navigating the complexities of care and support systems. Listening to their stories and witnessing their challenges firsthand left a lasting impression. He saw not just the needs, but the potential in every person and knew he wanted to create programs that offered more than basic support. His goal became clear: build strong, structured environments that promote growth, reduce behavioral barriers, and provide every individual with a chance to succeed.
If you’re a family member, caregiver, or service coordinator looking for a trusted program with strong leadership and a commitment to real outcomes, we welcome the opportunity to connect.
