Our Focus Areas

ADL Assistance

We assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, dressing, social interactions, and more, all tailored to each person’s unique needs and abilities. With a focus on fostering independence, we empower participants to improve their quality of life.

Self-Advocacy

Individuals learn to recognize and express their needs confidently. Communication barriers are reduced with the assistance of various communication systems, including picture communication, sign language, and electronic or adaptive devices, ensuring every individual has a voice in advocating for themselves.

Behavior Management

With a strong history of helping individuals reduce severe behaviors like aggression, self-injury, elopement, and non-compliance, we use proven techniques to teach healthier responses to triggers, replacing harmful behaviors with positive alternatives.

Community Integration

Our program offers a wide range of outings, whether it’s volunteering at local organizations, enjoying recreational outings, or taking part in fitness and wellness activities. By fostering meaningful social connections and promoting active lifestyles, we help individuals build confidence, develop new skills, and create lasting memories.

Paid Employment

From pre-employment training to job placement, coaching, and retention support, our program offers comprehensive assistance at every stage of the employment journey. We work to develop partnerships for internships and paid group training. Job coaches provide ongoing support to ensure the development of skills necessary to thrive in the workforce.
